Why Are Employees So Important For A Brand?
When I was 14 years old I started getting into entrepreneurship and self-development. I would study successful people who I would always dream of being. Now I hang out with people I dream of being. Since I was 14 years old I have failed two startups, and now I am growing my third start up.

Besides my business, I have spoken on a stage in California, networked with millionaires, and billionaires, and I have really grown my mindset to a new peak. Going from nothing to something I have really learned a lot more about myself and the business world. I am passionate about helping people and making the biggest waves around the world.
From your experiences, what is the biggest takeaway?
Right now it’s still the beginning, I’m still building my foundation to grow on. From all of my experiences so far I have learned that age is just a number. People think they need to wait until they are 20, until they can start a business, become a speaker, write a book and so much more.

The truth is, the best time to start something is now. Understanding that I’m 16 and coming from nothing to where I now blow people’s minds. Really, anyone could be doing what I’m doing but it takes real work and believing in yourself more than anyone else does.
What is the success to you?
Success to me is achieving a big goal. Winning and losing, then setting myself up for the big win is where I see the most success. Yes, I have accomplished micro things throughout my journey but I would not consider myself successful until I have reached all of my biggest goals. Also, I believe all successful people have some things in common, hard work, doing what is right, and believing in themselves. That’s what it’s all about.
What is the next step for you?
The ultimate next step for me would be to reach of all of my goals I set for the year. So getting features in some major magazines, speaking on 12 stages this year, growing my social media presence, growing my business to impacting 10 million lives, finish my book and staying consistent with all of my goals.

These goals I have set are the major goals to all of my minor. Meaning I do have more goals but these are my major ones. I am all about impact over income so seeing people lives change because of me is more impacting than $1000.
